MEDIA APPEARANCE: Guest on the "Kicking the Seat" podcast talking "Wonder Woman"

This past week, the Kicking the Seat Podcast reunited a super-team of critics to discuss Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman! I was invited by the KtS host Ian Simmons to join himself, David Fowlie of Keeping it Reel, and Emmanuel Noisette of Eman's Movie Reviews after an advance screening at the ShowPlace ICON X at Roosevelt Collections.  As always, I'm honored to be invited by Ian, a gracious host like no other.

As you will hear, one of us had some real problems with the film, and this spoiler-filled intervention of an episode dives deep into what separates the latest chapter in the troubled DECU from its predecessors and what audiences may take from the experience of seeing the "first" leading-lady comic-book hero on the big screen.  Also, we dance with whether or not The Rock is capable of establishing and carrying a movie franchise during a little Baywatch crossover to open the recording.  As Ian will tell you, Episode 227's invisible plane may be in the shop, but this conversation soars!
